Ciao
My name is Lea, and I am a graduated Gestalt psychotherapist, Transactional Analysis practitioner, NLP Master, and play therapy practitioner, EMDR lvl2. I am originally a speech therapist and have been working in my practice, Logoria, since 2018.
Furthermore, I am a woman who enjoys a good book, movie, or TV show, walking with my dog, cuddling with my cat, attending concerts and plays, art, painting, writing, and drawing, good stand-up comedy, dancing, and hanging out with my friends. I also enjoy learning and traveling.
I value training and a healthy lifestyle, but I’m also happy to try a new cake and enjoy a macchiato on a sunny café terrace. I’m a gamer and love playing board games.
My mission is to support you in finding the inner peace, happiness, and fulfillment you deserve. No matter what your specific needs or challenges are, together we can work on building a healthier relationship with yourself and others, breaking free from old patterns, and living a life that is tailored to you.

My additional uniqueness in approach is my ADHD neurodiversity
As a neurodiverse person who received a diagnosis only in adulthood, I understand how difficult it can be to connect with yourself, your body, your emotions, and become aware of your thoughts and behaviors, as well as how strong the resistance to change can be.
I know what it’s like to think you’re not good enough and forget who you truly are because you’re constantly creating a new mask to please others… or at least not to anger them.
I know what it’s like to enter therapy with a therapist who makes you feel like you’re “being tested” and doesn’t allow you to truly be yourself and relax in the interaction because deep down, you feel like they don’t understand you.
I know what it’s like to think you’re “flawed” and fall into a spiral of self-harm and self-shaming through intense perfectionism, eating disorders, and workaholism.
I know what it’s like to think you’re “too much” and suppress your emotions to the point where you don’t feel them, except through chronic health issues, depression, anxiety, and addiction.
I know what it’s like to feel like you don’t fit in anywhere and don’t belong because you haven’t truly gotten to know yourself, your boundaries, needs, and interests.
For this reason, I apply various therapeutic approaches in my work through humor, playfulness, and creativity because that’s what awakens optimism, faith, hope, and the determination to break through all those walls. Behind them waits that playful, free child who wants to live and enjoy, not just survive, constrained by fear and bitterness.
I believe that when we start building a supportive relationship with ourselves and our past, we are already changing our world.
Then, we are ready to create a conscious future and a world that reflects the best version of ourselves.
