I already knew a lot about narcissists. I’m glad I got insight into the stories of other participants, where it was once again confirmed that these are the same behavior patterns, just in a “different package.” Some experiences even seemed to me much more dramatic than my own. The workshop was a motivation for me and a good step toward individual therapy, which I’ve been thinking I need for a while, but I wasn’t decisive enough to find a therapist and start. <\/p>\n

A truly high-quality instructor, the content was presented very clearly and understandably. I gained a lot of information from the lecture. I definitely gained a better understanding of how people with ADHD function, which was important to me. <\/p>\n

It was nice to hear some information that confirmed some of my thoughts and insights, but also gave me an understanding of how some life experiences, or the way I perceive the world around me and how my thoughts spin, how I behave… that all of that makes sense, so to speak. It has a connection and an explanation. Lea presented it really well, especially considering that I am someone who suspects I have ADHD, and it’s usually difficult for me to maintain focus during any lectures for an extended period of time, but she did a great job, and the presentation was visually stimulating enough to keep me engaged (from colors, composition, etc.), so I\u2019m very satisfied. <\/p>\n

Before, I wasn’t a fan of such workshops. I didn’t even notice that inner critic. To me, he doesn’t exist; it’s just me. \ud83d\ude00 I really like Lea’s energy and the fact that she asks a lot of follow-up questions.<\/p>\n

I liked how you explained things very clearly, so that even people “outside the field” can understand. “Providing fun examples that really help to understand (even though I was already familiar with the topic, some things became clear to me only after your examples).” The most useful part is that you gave us the tools on HOW to change. I liked the explanation of the types of parents in TA, how to recognize them, and how to work with each client based on which role is currently the strongest. I also learned how to identify which role we’re in at the moment, and I realized that I reacted incorrectly in a situation the other day because I responded from the position of the wounded child, not the adult. This webinar made me realize that, and then it was easier for me to return to the adult role.<\/p>\n

The webinar was great when I listened to it, and it encouraged me to express what I needed the other day, as well as to stand by one of my decisions. And it was easier for me to say that I quit. Because I was stuck in the role of the wounded child, and I needed to become aware of that. But anyway, it gave me the courage to do what I wanted sooner than I had planned and to further plan what I will do.<\/p>\n
